Ryan leads Leigh-Smith Yachts as the third generation of a family that has shaped Australian motor yachting for more than 60 years. With deep experience across new builds, brokerage and yacht management, Ryan personally oversees flagship transactions and the relationships behind them — from first conversation to the day owners take delivery.

An executive broker with decades on the water and in the boardroom, Carl is known for his calm, methodical approach to complex deals. He specialises in pre-owned motor yachts and superyacht transactions, guiding clients through inspections, negotiation and contract with absolute discretion.

Paul brings a lifetime of boating and a sharp commercial instinct to every brief. He works closely with owners considering Alaska, Hampton, Endurance and Vicem new builds, and is equally at home presenting quality pre-owned tonnage to buyers across Australia and the Pacific.

Based in Sydney, Jason looks after Leigh-Smith clients up and down the New South Wales coastline. With strong shipyard and survey relationships, he helps owners buy, sell and upgrade — and he’s the first call for Sydney-based clients wanting an honest read on their next vessel.

Tom leads brand, marketing and digital across Leigh-Smith Yachts, Leigh-Smith TV and the Leigh-Smith Magazine. He works alongside the broker team to present every yacht — and every owner story — with the quality and care the marque is known for.
